Thirdly, optimizing the performance of products. The physicochemical properties and mechanical properties of degradable plastic packaging materials must meet your needs to be a viable alternative to common plastic packaging materials. Researchers are currently working on enhancing the strength, durability, and permeability of degradable plastic packaging materials to make them attractive alternatives to traditional materials.
In terms of practical application prospects, degradable plastic packaging materials have great potential for development across various industries, due to increasing environmental regulations, robust consumer demand for eco-friendly products, and corporate social responsibility requirements. In recent years, the demand for degradable plastic packaging materials has also increased, particularly in the food industry, where the use of degradable plastic packaging materials such as PLA (polylactic acid) and PHA (polyhydroxyalkanoates) has seen dramatic growth.
